Honey, particularly when darker, is quite high in antioxidants. It contains vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. It’s a healthy substitute for sugar, artificial sweeteners and corn syrup.
I think it tastes really good! Although my daughter says "it tastes like dirt"… you be the judge.
