After hearing my BIL’s (A Wise Doo) on the importance of having a “green” Christmas this year I have been racking my brain trying to think of things to give that are eco-friendly. I had an awesome idea - fruit baskets! They are healthy and they don’t end up rotting in a dump. I hate the idea of giving some plastic or glass ‘thing’ that will eventually end up in a landfill. We have to send the tenants of our rental properties a generic gift so this year it was gift baskets. I think that is pretty ‘green’ and that my green BIL will give the OK to such a gift!
