I found a great forum that is devoted to just the teachings of Abraham-Hicks called The Abe Forum. This is a very active forum with a ton of great info, inspiration and gratitude. I find that reading forums helps me stay focused. There is a wonderful Abraham-Hicks community out there!

A security guard was shot to death after an elderly man said to have ties to white supremacist groups walked into the United States Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday and opened fire, officials say.
The man shot the guard with a rifle as soon as he entered the building at 12:52 p.m. ET, said Cathy Lanier, the chief of D.C.’s city police. The guard was taken to George Washington University Hospital, where he later died.

I found that keeping a detailed diary of my rosacea flare ups helped a great deal. I was able to identify exactly what my rosacea triggers were. Speaking to other sufferers I found that one persons trigger may not be another persons. For instance alcohol has no effect on me at all (other than the obvious!) but my friend has terrible problems. Also, I found that if I just can’t do without something that is one of my rosacea triggers (chocolate!!!) then taking an anti-histamine before indulging helps reduce the severity.
