I Bring Rudeness to Myself

Ever since this horrible situation with my sister has happened I feel like everyone is being an ass to me. The brokers from work, my coworkers (thank God I work from home!), neighbors - everyone just seems to be an ass lately. When I read this Abraham-Hicks quote I just laughed.

You are always living a reflection of whatever you are outputting. And so, if you get into a little pocket where a lot of people are being rude, it’s probably because you are being rude — or because you have been aware of people being rude. Nothing ever happens to you that is not part of your vibration!

Excerpted from a workshop in Chicago, IL on Sunday, April 25th, 1999

I have been in such a negative place lately I must be bringing it to myself. It’s so easy to fall into a bad place - get angry at the drop of a hat, get frustrated with the smallest thing, find the negative in situations, etc. The trick is to slowly bring yourself out of that place. I find taking a ‘it just is’ approach helpful in stressful times.

Rudeness has been in my awareness every since I found out that Kate is leaving the house we rented to her. What you think about, you bring about. NO MORE THINKING ABOUT PROBLEMS - IT’S ALMOST FRIDAY AND TIME TO ENJOY!!
