Problems of the World

I am guilty of taking on everyone’s problems. I must solve them. I get embedded in other people’s problems and struggles. This only leads to my own unhappiness. For example, my sister who is dating someone that isn’t a very good ‘match’ - it can eat me up alive sometimes. Learning to let go and let people deal with their own problems is something I’m going to work on. Here is a great Abraham-Hicks quote that exemplifies this …

When you take the problems of the world on your shoulders, your body doesn’t feel good. It’s just that simple. Leave the problems of the world to the individual problem-makers of the world, and you be the joy-seeker that you are.
