My Brief Synopsis of Zen

Someone at work asked me for some info on Zen and this was my response:

Give as much attention as possible to the present moment, not your thoughts, worries and fears. Don’t think and judge, just be fully present with all of your senses.

You can read thousands of books on Zen and similar topics and they will always ultimately bring you here: Don’t think, just observe.

It’s a paradox in that it’s so simple and yet can take years to truly master… but I’ve had enough brief glimpses of Enlightenment (Kensho) that I will pursue it forever… and I mean forever …hope you find this helpful.
