Doo:Palm Springs is great. 
Incredibly beautiful here in the
desert.  Spending almost all of my time in the convention center going to
sessions or schmoozing w/ others.  This AM Sean and I took off and hiked partway
up the looming San Jacinto Mts at the edge of town.  I didn’t want to come
down.  Am going again tomorrow.  One can only be an intensely  focused nerd for
so long w/o needing other stimuli.
